My approach to teaching mixes fun activities with learning challenges. If you can instill a willingness to learn, and make classes interesting and enjoyable for students, learning and teaching becomes much easier. Building up trust with students also helps create an environment of mutual respect between the teacher and the student, and I believe working at this is an important part of the learning process.
